My journey to the unusual profession of being a medical intuitive began in the mid 70’s when I was introduced to Hatha Yoga. I began to study a Japanese-based, very strict vegetarian system of health through food selection called “macrobiotics.” As the head chef of my own vegetarian restaurant, I often prepared macrobiotic meals for those too ill to cook for themselves. My day began with yoga, meditation and prayer, a four-mile jog, and then I was off to the restaurant. After a few years of this disciplined routine, I began to experience Kundalini energy opening up my inner senses. Kundalini energy is a form of spiritual awakening that rises up through the spine. It gives a very intense physical sensation of heat and at the same time lifts one’s awareness to a profound, altered and expansive state of consciousness. I began to have many wonderful and inspiring “mystical experiences.” Since then I have kept a journal of these occurrences… unusual and vivid dreams through which I often receive guidance or teachings. Becoming a medical intuitive allowed me to share this awareness with others.

In 1994, when I was giving mediumship sessions and private “psychic” readings to clients, I had an unusually vivid and detailed dream about distance healing. I was with a medical intuitive teacher who showed me a very special and wonderful method for healing others remotely. I was not giving individual healing sessions at the time and this dream really caught my attention. I felt I had been initiated and gifted with the knowledge of something very special. Over the years the focus of my work shifted to meet the needs of my clients. I found people increasingly interested in making lasting changes rather than simply wanting question and answer-based sessions. I’ve learned to pool all of my knowledge and experiences into the healing work I do with client-satisfying results.
